1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Webbbyy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

Webbbyy provides AI-powered customer service automation tools, including chatbots, widgets, and analytics dashboards (the "Service").

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to collect personal information without consent
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Webbbyy retains all rights to the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us license to use it to provide the Service.

7. Data Protection

We process data according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end users.

8. Service Level Agreement

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webbbyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
